Designing efficient LED structure using FDTD simulations

We optimize LED structures using the FDTD method. Generally, the simulation of LED structure requires high-speed and massive computation, and thus it is not easy to simulate electromagnetic fields in LED structures. Our FDTD program, KEMP, and cluster system make possible to simulate large LED structures.
